Welcome to the Build Your Business (“BYB”) plans and service packages, provided by Design Show Inc (“Company”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using our BYB plans and related services (“Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).

These Terms apply to all users, customers, and visitors. We may update these Terms occasionally, so please review them periodically. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
By using the BYB Services, you agree to these Terms, all applicable laws, and regulations. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.
The BYB Services allow you to select and purchase from a range of business development plans and packages (including but not limited to Foundation, Growth, Empire, and other website/branding/social media packages) which are delivered by Design Show Inc.
Our Services may include business formation support, marketing setup, website creation, digital branding, social media management, and funding readiness guidance.
All Services are advisory and facilitative in nature. We do not guarantee funding, business sale outcomes, or specific financial results.
You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful.
You agree to use the Services for lawful purposes only.
You will not submit fraudulent, misleading, or illegal information.
Unauthorized use of the Services may result in termination of access.
Access to the BYB feature requires the purchase of one of the available plans or packages, which may include but are not limited to Foundation, Growth, Empire, Starter Funnel, Growth Business Website, Elite Business Website, Custom Business Website, or related branding/social media plans.
Each BYB plan or package includes a one-time setup fee and a mandatory recurring hosting and/or maintenance subscription.
Your Services will not begin until the required hosting and/or maintenance subscription has been activated.
After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a Subscription Form containing instructions to activate the subscription. It is your responsibility to complete and submit the form.
Fees for add-ons or upgrades (including custom or premium services) are communicated in advance and are due upfront.
All payments are non-refundable, including setup fees and recurring subscription payments.
All payments are processed via secure third-party payment processors.
Prices and subscription fees are subject to change without prior notice.

The BYB Services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as successful funding, business sales, marketing results, or financial performance.
All content provided through the BYB Services, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Design Show Inc or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Design Show Inc shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Design Show Inc, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to others.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where Design Show Inc is incorporated. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in that jurisdiction, except where prohibited by law.
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised Effective Date. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
If you opt in to receive text messages from us, you agree to receive recurring messages regarding service updates, reminders, receipts, customer support, and promotional offers. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP.”

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not send phishing, fraudulent, or prohibited content via SMS.
